Services & Pricing
A few doors in, depending on where the business is and what it needs next. Pick the one that fits, or scope a fit if you're not sure.
Most engagements start free, with the AI Opportunity Assessment. The paid steps below come once there's a clear fit.
The free front door. Where most engagements now begin.
No cost, no obligation. Personally reviewed by Maria.
A free way in. Answer a few questions about the business and receive a tailored view of where AI could realistically help, personally reviewed by Maria. The recommended starting point for most people.
Best as the first step for anyone considering working together. Sets the shape for everything that follows.
What's included
The Assessment is deliberately the top of the funnel. Paid steps only come if and when there is a clear fit.
Free, by invitation after the Assessment.
Not bookable directly. Offered after Maria reviews your Assessment.
Offered personally after the Assessment, if it looks like a good fit. A short, relaxed conversation about the business and whether we're the right fit to work together. Not a self-serve booking on the site, Maria will send a direct link.
Best for people whose Assessment answers suggest there is likely something worth exploring further.
What's included
After the call, if it looks like a fit, Maria follows up with a short outline proposal and guideline pricing.
Time on site, then written findings and a phased roadmap.
£950 · a full day on site, plus written findings and a phased roadmap
For businesses where an hour isn't enough to properly map how AI can help, a larger on-site engagement is available on request. Time spent on-site with the people who actually run the operation, so the advice that follows is grounded in reality, not guesswork.
Best suited to multi-site or multi-department businesses, or any business where a call isn't enough to scope things properly. Covers London and the Home Counties. Scope, timing and pricing are agreed in writing before anything is booked.
What's included
The findings and roadmap stand on their own. Some businesses use them to brief a build, some take them and run with them internally, and some conclude the honest answer is not yet. All three are good outcomes.
The Upgrade stage of the F.O.C.U.S Method, in practice.
Every project is scoped and quoted in writing before any work starts.
The implementation of the AI strategy, and proof the advice works in practice.
For businesses that need something built properly. Every project is scoped and quoted individually.

Examples of what can be built
Every project is scoped individually. The list below describes what is possible, not a fixed inclusion list or price menu. Your actual build is shaped around what your business needs.
Many clients pair a build with F.O.C.U.S Growth so the system keeps improving once it's live.
The Sustain stage of the F.O.C.U.S Method, shaped around you.
Scope and pricing agreed in writing, adjusted as things change.
Ongoing support scoped to what you need, whether that is monitoring and small fixes, marketing and SEO, ongoing build work, or advisory and coaching. Shaped around the business rather than a fixed monthly package, with support through the private client workspace.
For businesses that want an AI advisor and implementer involved on an ongoing basis, without hiring a full-time operations or systems person.
What's included
F.O.C.U.S Growth is deliberately flexible. New systems, automations and larger implementation projects can be scoped separately, with priority access and preferred rates for Growth clients.
A note on how the work runs
Every engagement runs through a private client workspace. Roadmap, meeting notes, SOPs, AI assets and support requests in one place. Quiet structure that holds the relationship between sessions, and a kept record the team can use long after handover.
What I build
A description of what is possible, not a menu with fixed prices. Every project is scoped individually and quoted in writing.
Every implementation project begins with Foundation, the first stage of the F.O.C.U.S Method. Together we assess how the business currently operates, identify the highest-value opportunities for improvement and define exactly what needs to be built before any work begins. Projects are then scoped individually and quoted at a fixed price based on complexity, requirements and outcomes. Every build includes a dedicated client workspace, documented processes, handover training and ongoing support during implementation, ensuring your team can confidently own and operate the system once complete.
F.O.C.U.S Build is delivered through Focus AI Studio.
Built by someone who understands the realities of running live operations, not an agency. Every system is designed around how the business actually operates, with full handover and documentation.
A proper home for the business, set up to work with everything else.
Capture and follow up enquiries consistently, without anything slipping through.
Handle enquiries and route requests around the clock.
Trained on the business so the team finds answers without waiting on one person.
A private space for each client to see where they are.
Practical workflows that take the admin off the team.
On-brand follow-up at the moments that matter.
More reviews, without anyone having to remember to ask.
The numbers and decisions that matter, in one calm view.
Information, processes and answers in one place the team uses.
A simple operating system for a small business, in one place.
Real client builds
Construction
Site surveys, risk assessments and method statements drafted in the client's format from the inputs they already capture. Compliance handled without another spreadsheet or another late evening.
Professional services
A private space for each client to see where they are, what's next, briefings and progress. Replaces the 'where are we up to?' email and makes delivery feel as ordered as the work.
Training and operations
A gated learning space for staff, clients or members: modules, progress, certificates, internal tools. Scales the parts of expertise that previously had to be repeated in person.
What things actually cost
AI pricing is hard to compare because almost nobody publishes theirs. So here is the honest shape of it, from real projects. These are examples of scale, not a menu; every project is scoped and quoted in writing before anything starts, and the quote is fixed.
For example: a live portfolio overview for a property business. One screen showing every property, who manages it, when it was last inspected, what is open, and where this month's client report has got to. The kind of thing an operations manager currently chases together by hand, turned into a glance.
For example: a client reporting portal for a property management firm. It reads their project management board, works out which entries belong in each monthly client report, condenses the longer stories into clear sentences, applies the firm's house style right down to capitalisation rules and how contractors are named, and produces a finished Word draft in their own format. Twenty-five reports a month that used to consume around a week of collective staff time, arriving as strong first drafts for the team to check and send. Built around their exact reports and their exact boards, piloted against real months before going anywhere near the full portfolio. As a sense of scale, using the client's own figures at an illustrative £40 an hour, the time returned is worth roughly £8,800 to £14,000 a year against a build cost under £3,000.
For example: an internal operations platform built for a specialist manufacturing business, bringing safety records, site surveys, live cost tracking, the company knowledge base and handover documentation into one place, with AI on hand to draft documents and summarise data, and role-based access so each person sees what is relevant to them. Alongside it, a site attendance app with geofenced clock-in and job costing, and an invoice hub that captures subcontractor invoices straight from the inbox, checks for duplicates, and prepares the Friday payment run. Where a build like this lands depends on how many systems it connects and how much it takes over; it is scoped piece by piece, and it can be built in phases.
Live systems also carry a small monthly platform fee for hosting and running costs, explained further down this page. For a rough picture of what returned hours could be worth in your business, the F.O.C.U.S Capacity Calculator takes a minute.
Sustain
F.O.C.U.S Growth · £495 a month
F.O.C.U.S Growth is the ongoing version of the work. Between sessions, the private client workspace holds the roadmap, notes and any support requests so nothing falls through the cracks.
Growth is available whether or not I've built anything for you. Plenty of businesses use it purely as ongoing strategic advice: an AI advisor in your corner, without hiring for it.
The intent is simple. A better-run business: more organised, less reactive, with capacity returned to the people who should be using it.
What's included
Who it suits
Everything lives in your private client workspace: the roadmap, agreed priorities and any support requests. The cadence is agreed with you, not imposed as a fixed schedule.
Anything new that gets shipped through Growth, or commissioned separately as a build, comes with handover sessions and documentation by default. The goal is a way of working the team can adopt, not a dependency.
Platform fee
Where I've built and run a system for you, a monthly platform fee covers what it costs to keep it live: hosting, licences, security updates, and the AI processing behind everything it produces. £45 a month, plus £50 a month per live system. One system: £95 a month. It scales with what you're running, nothing more. This only applies where a system exists; it has nothing to do with Growth.
Sense-check it
