    The F.O.C.U.S
    Capacity Calculator.

Pick the automations or builds you are considering. See the indicative one-off cost, the hours per week typically reclaimed, and how the figures land over year one and year three.

UK figures, GBP, conservative assumptions. No revenue speculation. The model compares the cost of a build against the cost of the admin time it removes, nothing more.

    Your business

Salary plus on-costs, divided by working hours. Default sits around the mid-point for a UK SME coordinator / operations role.

    £/hr

Lightly scales the hours reclaimed by the internal knowledge assistant and client portal, where more staff means more lookup and admin removed.

    How the numbers are calculated

Annual labour saving = reclaimed hours per week × hourly cost × 52 weeks.

Year-one net = annual labour saving, minus the one-off build cost, minus the F.O.C.U.S Growth retainer if included.

Three-year net assumes the build is paid once and continues to deliver, while the retainer (if included) and the labour saving both recur each year.

Reclaimed hours are conservative averages from past engagements. Real numbers depend on how the work is currently done and how well the team adopts the new way of working, which is what the handover sessions are for.

No revenue uplift, no missed-lead modelling, no productivity multipliers. Just admin time reclaimed against the cost of the build.

    About these numbers

A few things worth knowing before reading too much into the output.

    How accurate is this?

Directional, not precise. The reclaimed-hour figures are conservative averages from past engagements. The point is to see the order of magnitude, not the exact pound. Real numbers depend on how the work is currently done and how well the team adopts the new way of working.

What do the build figures mean?

Builds tend to sit at one of three scales. A focused, single-purpose tool is around £850. A system that takes over a whole recurring job is around £3,000. A full operating layer starts from around £5,000. These are the same published examples used on the services page; the scoped price always depends on the specifics.

What isn't included in the calculation?

No revenue uplift, no missed-lead modelling, no productivity multipliers. Just admin time reclaimed against the cost of the build. The upside in a real engagement is usually broader, but the point here is to keep the maths conservative.
