What the day can look like

No two Discovery days are identical, because no two businesses are. It might be:

• A full walk-through of the operation with the people who actually run it, following the work from enquiry to invoice
• A deep look at the systems you already have, what's earning its keep, what isn't, and where the gaps are
• Sitting with each department to understand where the time actually goes, before anything is recommended

Time spent on-site with the people who actually run the operation, so the advice that follows is grounded in reality, not guesswork.

Multi-site or multi-day visits can be discussed.

What the £950 actually covers

The day is the visible part. The fee covers what comes after it too:

• The research that follows the visit: tools, integrations and options checked properly, not guessed at
• Written findings: what I saw, what it's costing you, what's worth fixing and what isn't
• A phased roadmap: what to do first, next and later, with the reasoning behind each
• Where a build makes sense, a detailed proposal with a fixed quote

The findings and roadmap stand on their own. Some businesses use them to brief a build, some take them and run with them internally, and some conclude the honest answer is not yet. All three are good outcomes.
