Includes a written recommendation and clear next steps. Where appropriate, a proposal for implementation or F.O.C.U.S Growth follows. Not a free discovery call and not a sales presentation.
- F.O.C.U.S Build · scoped per project, fixed quote agreed in writing. The main implementation offer. Websites, CRM systems, lead management, AI assistants, AI receptionists, client portals, internal knowledge tools, follow-up automations, dashboards, quoting systems, booking systems and practical business workflows. Scoped individually depending on complexity. Full handover and documentation by default.
- F.O.C.U.S Growth · from £495/month. Ongoing continuous business improvement. Monthly F.O.C.U.S review, written priorities, support requests through the private client workspace, ongoing improvement ideas and priority access to future implementation projects. New systems, automations and major projects are quoted separately, with priority access and preferred rates for Growth clients. Not coaching, not mentoring, not unlimited build work.
