Better-runbusinesses,
built properly.
Practical AI, automation and business systems for new and growing businesses.
Whether you are launching something new, finding your shape, or refining an established operation, the work begins with what would genuinely move the business forward. Tools earn their place.
About
Practical operator,
building better ways for work to run.
Operator and implementer. I've built, scaled and sold companies, and I still actively run businesses across construction, property and hospitality. I know what happens when good work is slowed by unclear systems, duplicated admin and decisions sitting in one person's head.
I've spent the last year deep in practical AI: the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford) Artificial Intelligence Programme in 2025, plus hundreds of hours testing tools, prompting and shipping real automations and systems into live businesses. The practical, implementation and automation side of the work, not the theory side.

Method
A framework I built
for the work I actually do.
F.O.C.U.S is my own framework, developed from years of running businesses and from the work I now do inside other people's. It is a structured way of looking at the business at whatever stage it is in, whether that means setting clean foundations for something new or removing friction from something established, deciding what genuinely needs to happen, and then doing the practical work to make it stick.

What we build
Systems that remove
friction from the day.
A working catalogue of what we typically build. Every engagement is scoped to the business, never templated, with handover sessions and documentation included by default.

01
Client Portals
A quiet workspace where clients see status, documents and next steps.
02
Lead Management Systems
Every enquiry captured, routed and followed up in one place.

03
Internal Knowledge Assistants
Institutional knowledge the whole team can query, without interrupting the same few people.
04
AI Receptionists
After-hours and overflow calls answered, qualified and logged.
05
Customer Follow-Up Systems
Structured follow-up that runs without depending on memory.

06
Reporting Dashboards
A single operating picture pulled from the tools already in use.
07
Review & Reputation Systems
Reviews requested consistently, gathered into one view.

08
Business Operating Systems
The connecting layer that makes everything above work as one thing.
Most of this I build myself. Larger system builds run with a small engineering team behind me.
