These terms govern your use of mariafethers.com and your engagement with Maria Fethers ("we", "us", "our") for consulting, build and growth services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer F.O.C.U.S Discovery (a paid on-site day with written findings and a phased roadmap), F.O.C.U.S Build (scoped implementation projects with fixed written quotes) and F.O.C.U.S Advise (AI-led business mentoring bought as a three or six month block). Specific deliverables, timelines and prices for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Fees and payment

• F.O.C.U.S Discovery is charged upfront at the price shown at time of booking.
• F.O.C.U.S Build projects are scoped and quoted individually. Payment terms are set out in the project proposal.
• F.O.C.U.S Advise is bought as a fixed three or six month block, invoiced as agreed in writing before the block begins.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative "from" prices unless stated otherwise, and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, people and content, and to review deliverables within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect timelines and costs.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property on full payment, except for pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks and templates which remain ours and are licensed to the client for internal use only. The F.O.C.U.S methodology and site materials remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of the work. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellations and refunds

F.O.C.U.S Discovery days can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refund eligibility for build and growth engagements is set out in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Governing law
